Corona Virus - Challenge Suspended

I have been very careful during the stage 3 Corona Virus restrictions to adhere to all the rules. But as of July 19th the shift to stage 4 restrictions, and in particular the 5 km limit in travel from your home for the purpose of exercise, I cannot continue. Instead I will run 10 km laps around Elwood and hopefully in September I can recommence the challenge without the risk of the spread of the pandemic.
